(北京同仁堂医养投资股份有限公司) (the "Company"; Stock Code: 2667.HK) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, facilitating its successful listing.

The Company is a subsidiary of TRT, which strategically focuses on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) healthcare services in China, delivering comprehensive TCM healthcare services to individual patients, standardized management services to business clients, and a wide selection of healthcare products and other products. Combining medical "treatment (医)" and "care (养)", the Company delivers modernized and customized TCM healthcare services. Using both TCM medication and non-medication treatments, the Company provides patients with regimen suitable for their diversified needs, all backed by standardized management.
