Han Kun Law Offices LLP ("Han Kun Hong Kong") acted as international legal counsel to the underwriters and the trustee, providing English law and Hong Kong law legal services for the issuance of RMB 1.966 billion in dim sum bonds by Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. ("Jinan Urban Construction"). The bonds have a tenor of 5 years and a coupon rate of 2.20%.

Jinan Urban Construction is the largest and most important urban construction entity in Jinan City, Shandong Province, with international credit ratings of "Baa1" from Moody's and "BBB+" from Fitch, both with a stable outlook.
