Han Kun advises on the listing of Direct Drive Tech Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Han Kun has acted as the PRC legal advisor and PRC data compliance advisor to Direct Drive Tech Limited ("Direct Drive", stock code: 06731.HK) in connection with its initial public offering of overseas-listed foreign shares (H Shares) and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as its application to participate in the "Full Circulation" program for H Shares. Han Kun provided PRC legal services throughout the transaction, supporting Direct Drive's successful listing in the Hong Kong capital markets. Han Kun also provided Direct Drive with specialized intellectual property legal services.

Direct Drive is a robotics technology company with direct-drive technology as its core capability. Based on revenue in 2025, Direct Drive ranked first in the PRC consumer robotic actuator module industry and second in the PRC dual-wheel-legged robot industry.
