Qi Wang
Mr. Wang focuses his practice on non-performing asset disposal and disputes related to finance and asset management. He is skilled at handling difficult and complex commercial litigation and arbitration disputes, covering diverse types of cases involving loan contracts, guarantees and other types of securities, equity transfers, corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, among others. He has advised on dispute resolution matters for many companies, including asset management companies, trust companies, futures companies, and fund companies. Xiao Li
