Anita Sun's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment and corporate restructuring, and covers a wide range of industries such as internet, information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, education, media, real estate, consulting, and certification. Before joining Han Kun, she has over 9 years of practice experience with U.S. and European law firms in China, including Coudert Brothers LLP, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Hannes Snellman and Vinge. Anita Sun is based in the firm's Shanghai office.
Wenyu Jin's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition, labor law, general corporate matters, and covers a wide range of industry sectors including automobile, logistics, advertising, real estate and entertainment. Ms. Jin has represented and provided full legal services to numerous Japanese and Korean multinational companies in relation to their investment projects in China.
