Work experience

Ms. Liang specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Liang received her master's degree from Peking University in 2021.  Prior to that, Ms. Liang graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Xiamen University in 2019.
