Work experience

Mr. Sun mainly provides legal services related to fields such as venture capital, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and establishment, and daily corporate legal affairs.  Specifically, Mr. Sun engages in legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing of legal transaction documents, and closing transactions, among other services.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Sun worked in PacGate Law Group.

Educational background

Mr. Sun graduated from Northwestern University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and from Beijing Normal University with a master's degree in law.
