Work experience

Mr. He mainly focuses on fund formation and operation, private equity investment, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. He interned with Commerce & Finance Law Offices, where he participated in domestic IPOs and successfully provided legal services for the IPO of a financial technology company.

Educational background

Mr. He received an LL.B. degree in 2019 from Tsinghua University.  He later obtained an LL.M. degree in 2021 from Cornell Law School.
