Work experience

Mr. Wang joined Han Kun Law Firm in 2024.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wang worked in a well-known law firm for over three years, mainly engaged in capital markets, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, etc., and has extensive experience in capital market and private equity projects. Mr. Wang is mainly engaged in capital market-related commercial dispute resolution, including securities misrepresentation disputes, bond default disputes, securities financing contract disputes, and securities regulatory investigations.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received his undergraduate degree from Jilin University School of Law in 2018, his master's degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2021, and his L.L.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020.
