Work experience

Ms. Zhu specializes in asset securitization products, including infrastructure REITs, quasi-REITs, ABS, and CMBS.  Her legal services encompass due diligence, product structuring and feasibility analysis, asset restructuring, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, preparing legal opinions, corporate compliance, and legal/policy research.  Following the implementation of the Guidelines for Publicly Offered Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds, she has been involved in the application and issuance of multiple pilot infrastructure public REITs projects, including rental housing projects, industrial park projects, and logistics real estate projects.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu graduated from Zhejiang Gongshang University Law School with a bachelor's degree in law in 2017; in 2020, she graduated from the University of Southern California Gould Law School with a master's degree in law (LL.M.).
